- preparing and carry out of visits
- preparing and carry out of the pre-contract (in double language if necessary)
- preparing and assistance at the notarial deed
- after-sales-service, assistance by registration of electricity, phone, water, ect…
For buyer:
- advise for possible objects
- conduction of visits at the properties
- control of documents and control of the land register by a notary
- assistance for issue the Italian tax number (codice fiscale), necessary for buying.
- preparing and carry out of the pre-contract (in double language if necessary)
- preparing and assistance at the notarial deed
- after-sales-service, assistance by registration of electricity, phone, water, ect…
This services of course are covered by the commission in case of purchase/sale.
Our commission is, up to a selling/buying price of Euro 100.000,00 =Euro 3.000,00 (+VAT)
From selling/buying price onward Euro 100.000,00 = 3% (+VAT, currently 22%) of the selling price.
In Italy both, seller and buyer pay commission, therefore it’s 3% for each.

Assistance for private purchase, if you find a house privately and don’t know about Italian laws, contracts, cadastre-drawing, land-charge etc…we can assist you in the whole process (charge will be 1% – max. 1.5 % of selling price).
