Borgomaro – Conio. Detached house with garden and beautiful view

The house is located on the lower edge of the village with wonderful views over the Maro Valley.
It is built on a slope and has three levels. The living area on the first floor is reached via an external staircase.
In front of the entrance there is a veranda, from there you enter the entrance with a long corridor from which you reach the kitchen, living room, 3 rooms and the bathroom. On the south-east side there is a balcony with marvellous views over the valley. The living area has approx. 90 sqm.

On the ground floor there are three large rooms of 28 square metres each, which can be used as a garage and storage room, and could possibly be converted into a second flat.
The basement can be reached via an external staircase, where the former oil mill is located. It now consists of a room of approx. 60 square metres, which offers a wide range of possible uses. This is also where the central heating system for the flat is located, which is fuelled with Sansa (oil veneers).

From there you also have access to a covered parking area of approx. 45 square metres, which can also be reached from the village street. In front of the house is the terraced plot of approx. 1,500 square metres with a small, two-storey rustico, which could be converted into a summer kitchen.
The house was built in the early seventies, it is in good condition and immediately habitable. However, some modernisation work is certainly required (kitchen, bathroom, possibly windows).

Conio is an independent, small mountain village that belongs to the municipality of Borgomaro. It lies beautifully situated at the end of the Maro Valley and is ideal for relaxing or for hiking and cycling tours.

Borgomaro is approx. 12 km away, Imperia and the sea are approx. 25 km away. Shopping facilities, restaurants and bars can be found in Borgomaro, a public bus connects Conio with Imperia.
