Diano San Pietro is a small village with several hamlets, approx. 2 km from Diano Marina and the sea. In Diano San Pietro there is a small grocery shop with bar, pharmacy, butcher and post office. The railway station of Diano Marina is 800 metres away, and there is also a bus service to Diano Marina and the hinterland.

The country house is located approx. 4 km from Diano San Pietro in the middle of olive groves and consists of an entrance terrace with marvellous views over the valley to the sea, an entrance hall, living room, kitchen, dining area, bedroom and bathroom. From the living room, a staircase leads to an attic room and the attic, which can still be converted.

The basement consists of 4 rooms; storage room, technical room, work room and wine cellar/storage cellar.

The house was completed in 2005, the living space is approx. 100 square metres, the basement has approx. 90 square metres. It is equipped with wall heating via a Swedish stove, drinking water comes from the municipal drinking water network, electricity is normally supplied by the energy provider. Waste water is disposed of via a bio sewage system.

The property includes a plot of land surrounding the house of approx. 9,700 sqm with approx. 150 olive trees, macchia mediterranea and two wells for service water.

Please note: Access from Diano San Pietro is initially via a small but easily drivable side road. However, the last 900 metres must be driven through the olive groves on a narrow, partly not (or no longer perfectly) asphalted service road. This road is not suitable for limousines or sports cars.
